José Ángel Rojas
Founder and CEO
He enjoys creating high-value residential spaces in contact with nature, promoting organic agriculture, sustainability, and respect for the land.
He is an Agricultural Engineer with 18 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors. He also holds Master's degrees in Tropical Horticulture and Agribusiness.
Alfonso Pérez
Deputy General Director
Alfonso has been an entrepreneur since 2014 and is currently the Deputy General Director of Via Apia.
He studied Business Administration, holds an MBA, as well as other academic business programs. He is passionate about Formula 1, enjoys spending time with family, gathering with friends, and developing businesses.
Themís Alamilla
Sales Director
Currently, she is responsible for marketing the project and communicating with clients and partnerships in Mexico and other countries such as Canada and the United States.
She is passionate about nature and connecting with people to create long-term relationships.
She enjoys traveling to visit those who are part of the Via Apia community.
She is passionate about well-being, reading, exercise, and sports, as well as energy and spirituality.
Adriana Gamboa
Administrative Director
She has experience in the private sector, managing productive projects and leading projects and offices.
She also has experience in sales as a real estate advisor for several years and has been responsible for managing various real estate developments since 2018.
Isaac Zambra
Architecture Department
With over 23 years of experience, his architectural work aims to integrate human perception into the territory through strategic approaches to space construction.
He has shared his knowledge through conferences, courses, presentations, and workshops at prestigious schools in Yucatán and Mexico. He has been a teacher at renowned State Universities such as the Superior School of Arts of Yucatán.
He has been recognized and won competitions at the international level. His work has been showcased in various states of Mexico and abroad, including South Korea, Ireland, Scotland, and the United States, to name a few.
In 2016, he founded Taller Espacial, where he currently serves as the creative director.
Badir Xacur
Legal team
His visionary approach led him to found his own accounting firm, and as an entrepreneur, he has successfully combined his legal expertise with business acumen.
He is known for his constant pursuit of knowledge and dedication to staying updated with changes and trends in the legal and business world.
Thaís Alamilla
Legal team
Her passion and experience in the corporate area began with the Secretary of Yucatán (SEJUVE) with programs for financing youth entrepreneurship projects.
Wellness and a healthy lifestyle are her passions, as well as the study and use of tools aimed at enhancing the connection with one's spirituality and energy. Among the various sports she has practiced, callisthenics and boxing stand out.
The main focus of her life is gratitude.
Edgar Patrón
Notarial Advisor
He currently serves as a partner at the Peniche & Peniche Abogados firm, which also includes Notaría número 40, one of the most recognized in all of Yucatán.
He is an avid reader of Mayan culture, its ancestral wisdom, and as a hobby, he is a numismatic collector of rare and ancient objects. He enjoys daily exercise, listening to music, good reading, archaeological studies of ancient cultures, and is passionate about water sports such as Kiteboarding.
